Planning permission for new homes for affordable rent

Our scheme for 19 two bedroom houses in the village of Land End in Buckinghamshire for Catalyst Homes has been given planning permission. The homes are arranged around a communal garden. Each home has its own private courtyard.

The relationship between the houses, courtyards and gardens is carefully considered to maximise accessibility to the communal gardens for all residents, particularly children. ZCD Architects' research into similar projects has revealed that layouts such as this contribute to better social use of space for all groups.
