The team won a competition to carry out an ideas project for Enfield Council to explore new ways of thinking how co-housing could meet the Council’s objectives for healthy sustainable communities.

We worked on one of the Meridian Water plots and developed a costed proposal for community stewardship scheme, exploring how shared spaces, facilities and resources can successfully be provided on a dense site.

​

The masterplan shifts the paradigm, moving from a car dominated development to one that promotes healthy lifestyles and low carbon travel by prioritising pedestrians and cyclists, landscape and play.
