brentford housing masterplan

At its core, the masterplan prioritizes the reconnection of the estate with its broader context, enhancing both public and shared spaces. The vision is to establish a child-friendly neighbourhood that caters to the needs of children and young people, providing them with safe areas to play, socialise, and foster a sense of community belonging. This project sets a standard for sustainable and community-oriented design, charting a path for future developments in the borough.

ZCD Architects’ block is adjacent to the much-loved Royal Horse Guardsman pub on Ealing Road. Borrowing from the material palette and motifs and with a respectful set back from the pub, the block creates an appropriate corner.
